Argentinian DJ and producer, Ernesto Ferreyra, provided Cadenza with a rich and inspirational album back in 2010, the intricate and balanced “El Parao De Las Tortugas” was a masterclass in minimal electronic dance. Four years on, and Ernesto returns to Luciano’s label with the ‘Insight’ single, and a precursor to another album for the label, slated for October release. “Voltage Poem” displays a huge progression for Ernesto, a stomping, elastic backbeat, peppered with live percussion, shakers and micro glitches dances around the mechanical funk of the bassline.
