1. General 

  1. sensationrecords.com (“we”, “our”, “the Store”) sells new vinyl records, accessories, and related products.

  2. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

  3. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version posted at the time of purchase applies.


2. Products & Descriptions

  1. We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, and grading.

  2. New vinyl may show signs of wear consistent with industry-standard grading practices.

  3. Minor cosmetic differences may occur between product images and actual items.


3. Pricing & Payment

  1. All prices include VAT where applicable.

  2. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

  3. Payment must be completed before an order is shipped.

  4. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, except for confirmed orders.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

  2. Delivery times vary by carrier and region; delays caused by carriers are outside our responsibility.

  3. Tracking information is provided whenever possible.

  4. For ‘Mondial Relay’ deliveries, you can indicate your preferred pickup-point with the name and adress in the ‘customer notes’ section when ordering. Otherwise, we will choose a location that is hopefully close to your specified address. We are not responsible for incorrect information given by us from the Mondial Relay website. 


5. Damage, Missing Items, or Incorrect Orders

To qualify for a refund or replacement related to shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect items:

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, based strictly on the delivery timestamp shown in the official tracking link.

  2. Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be guaranteed for compensation.

  3. You must provide:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s), damge must be good visible

    • Clear videos of products /  vinyl records / CD,  who playing not the music as it has to be. Bad playing need to be clear.

    • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

  4. If the parcel shows visible external damage, please photograph it before opening.


6. Returns & Refunds

  1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

  2. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.

  4. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned goods.


7. Orders

  1. You can not add/remove products to a already paid order. Make sure your order is complete.


8. Limitation of Liability

  1. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

  2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchased items.


9. Privacy

  1. Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

  2. We do not sell customer information and only share data necessary for fulfilling orders.


10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

  2. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding shall be exclusively handled by the competent courts of Ypres (Belgium).
