The French Le Borgne label may not be the most prolific of white label operations, only now reaching its seventh release in four years, but when it does put out a record it’s generally worth a look. This latest anonymous release is a case in point; the blacked-out, dubby house of “Crazy Diamonds” and swung hip hop-meets-tech house groove and Morse code bleeps of “All Over” are just as deep as anything coming out of Detroit.
