Sound Synthesis – Orbital Frequencies

Distant Worlds returns to the fray for 2021, following the runaway success of last year’s Guidance Release EP from Cignol. Here we see the label reaching the lofty heights of their tenth release with an absolute beauty from Malta-based Sound Synthesis, himself fresh from a mighty fine run of form of late. Melodic, warm electro with heart tugging melodies and gut punching beats are all present and correct: all but the coldest hearts will be melted by the euphoric chords, attention to detail and keen ear for a melodic hook prevalent throughout this fine release. Energetic yet emotional, Sound Synthesis succeeds here in bringing elements of acidic electro and transcendent soul tinged braindance sensibilities to the pot.
