Review: Lazonby's original trance and progressive house classic, is now repurposed with a tougher edge—the dream trio having beefed up the original with an industrialized flair and heart-bumping basslines. Signature Drumcode sounds emerge from the new "Sacred Cycles", robust in its moody ambiance and fuelled further by its swooping synths. Cleverly intertwining spoken word samples from Genesis' "The Fountain of Salmacis", the trio give the track even more of a modern techno capacity, bringing salacious darkness into each drop.
