Review: Back in 2013, Chris Malinchak scored his first global club hit via 'So Good To Me'. Surprisingly, it was never released on wax first time around, hence this first ever vinyl press courtesy of Italian reissue specialists Dance On The Beat. The American DJ/producer's original extended mix - a tactile, warming, slow-build chunk of glassy-eyed bliss marked out by lilting melodies, bittersweet motifs and yearning vocal samples - naturally kicks things off, before we're treated to three of the most sought-after reworks of the track. Zinc re-casts it as a sensationally sub-heavy chunk of UK garage/deep house fusion, MK strips it back to a TB-303-bass propelled chunk of nostalgic house dreaminess and Hospital Records affiliate S.P.Y re-imagines it as a swirling, string-laden drum & bass anthem.
