Review: Breakthrough is a focused and confident 12″ from Chlär that captures the raw, functional spirit of modern techno while maintaining a strong sense of atmosphere. The EP is built for the dancefloor, but it never feels one-dimensional. Each track unfolds patiently, relying on groove, tension, and subtle variation rather than obvious hooks.
