Surgeon – Balance

Surgeon's Balance album, first released way back in 1998, remains one of the Birmingham producer's finest moments. While rooted in his now familiar brand of no-holds-barred techno, it also saw him embrace brighter moods and melodies, arguably for the first time in his career.
